The Enquiry System

The ATTILA Enquiry Agent System is a suite of software designed to manage the office of a Private Investigator. It handles office administration, reporting to client, accounting, invoicing etc:

  • Client accounts
  • Invoicing
  • Case progress monitoring
  • Client reporting
  • Sub-agent database
  • Allocation of cases to sub-agent by post-code matching
  • Previous address tracking

Process Serving/Tracing

ATTILA keeps a database of agents who can Serve/Trace. E.g. If a warrant/summons/writ etc must be Served in a distant city, ATTILA can select an agent local to the defendant's address, (using the zip or post code). ATTILA will then generate supporting documents to go to the agent, asking him to perform the Service. An affidavit in the name of the agent is also produced.

After Service, the agent signs/dates the affidavit, and returns it plus his invoice. (ATTILA also handles the received invoice and pays it when it becomes due.)

All other facilities of ATTILA are available to enquiry cases, e.g. management reports, housekeeping, diary, imports and exports, etc.
